Membership meetings are held each year. The number of meetings is determined by current need.

Membership meeting are an opportunity to network with colleagues, share your perspectives, ask questions and participate in votes.

In person membership meetings generally last about an hour and a half. Food is provided; drinks are bring your own.  Occasionally, as needed, virtual membership meetings may be held, but in person meetings are the standard.

The Board notifies members of upcoming meetings via city email.
